Default Place to eat good food

Hi guys, I was looking so long to find a good place to eat in Dublin. When i say good place i,m not talking about price but i, talking about quality of the food. In Cork and Belfast i always have few places where the food is amazing but in Dublin didn't find yet one... and i tried , i tried... I like italian food but i will give it a go to any cuisine as time is not to spicy. I,m interested and to try irish food but traditional irish food. Pls advice . Thank you and have a lovely sunny day guys

p.s i went once long time ago in Temple Bar to a place with 2 lovely irish ladies escorts and we ate amazing chicken wings , the sauce was delicious but i forgot how is called anybody knows?
