No issue with your statement, but you cannot call yourself an ardent supporter of socialism without following the principles.

If she says that she is a capitalist, then end of story. If she insists that she is a socialist, then she should provide reduced rates for the welfare folks and a free monthly shag for OAP's as her way of contributing to the redistribution of wealth. Socialism is about fairness and equity.
