Do you expect me to wait from 6-6.30 for your arrive? If you will call and said I will be there at 6 and will call you to make a confirm 30mins in advance. Then sure no problem. But you didn’t. YES I am NEW and you know that. You didn’t do that and when somebody called and had exactly the same last 4 digits and said hey I am here I did expect that’s you. And took him in. Didn’t expect to this happen. And I straight away apologized and explain what happened and you keep going and been mean and angry. YES I am just human new in town and made one mistake and been sorry. So no need keep going and do some kind monster from me. I don’t do double bookings and certainly NO first come first serve. Not my style.

I said appointment at 6:30 and i said i will confirm half an hour before. Just before leaving work i sent a txt to say im leaving soon. I called when i was on my way. How unforunate that a person with the exact number as me called before.
