As has already been said - it might have something to do with the size of the population compared to the rest of the country

I would have said there were two obvious reasons 1 has already been mentioned bigger population so bigger chance of more clients. And second been more and better accommodation options. Even though the way things are going that might be getting more difficult for the ladies as rent is skyrocketing all the time.

The rental market is really getting out of control in Dublin - It is only a matter of time until it affects this industry.

It already has.I know a number of ladies who have had to reduce their number of visits or duration of stay, due to shortage of suitable accomodation

When you have to pay now like 2000 € per month for an apartment, and in IFSC and Grand Canal Docks it's like 2300, 2400 € now. It's even more expensive if you don't rent out through a contract, per day I'd say it's like 80+€.

Exactly - the base rent for a desirable location is not cheap! It's something many punters seem to forget.
