    Exclamation Should I make a claim?

    Fractured my thumb in work closing large gates and now my arm is in a sling.

    I have been told not to work for 9 days either.

    I'm fuming and I'm not in the job long , manager were not impressed when i called!

    U shud think about speaking to a solicitor but it depends how much u like the job and weather the owners are going to look after you while you're out of work
