I’m assuming you are referring to what is called “French Kissing” on the ladies profile.

As has been said on here many times just because something is advertised does not mean you will automatically receive it. It is ultimately down to the ladies discretion whether or not she offers certain services, her safety and hygiene are of the up most importance to her and these may depend whether or not you receive a particular service or not.
