A recent thread reminded me how bad life can get.

But, we can always try and make things a little better.

Post something nice you did for someone else, like a stranger on the street.

I was in the shops a few weeks ago and saw a girl trying to reach for a bottle, with no success, she decided to climb the shelving to reach the bottle. I stopped her and asked if she needed any help. I grabbed the bottle she wanted and handed it to her.

Nothing major, but I did put a smile on her face
