personally I add on at least 3 years to the age but i will normally judge by the picture

The TS on here are dreadful for it so I'd usually add on 5/6 years for a TS

Just stupid - I always think reports in a case like this should ask the Guaria, Insp, and Court how much it cost to handle surveillance, arrest, prosecution, and defense. Way more that the 1200 Euro in fines I'm sure.
