Check the diary and if they accept out of hours calls, that way u will know if it's too late /too early to arrange an app.

Many say 24 hours, but nobody works 24 hours. I wouldn't want them to either.

You wouldn't be ringing her personal phone but her work phone. If she has advertised a late time in her diary, why would you not call? If she didn't want the call surely she would have her phone turned off?

It's too late when she is already booked up for the day.
Theres one poster on here that has very similar taste in women as myself. I like when I see them before he does, and I often consider it too late if he has already reviewed her.
