    Regular exercise and there really isn't any reason why we can't keep up our hobby into old age.
    I intend going on as long as I am physically able.

    I find my punting hobby a great motivator for exercising.

    I nearly joined a gym once after looking at Melek's gym selfies

    TBH I do exercise more these days and watch what I eat and drink, the hidden benefits of punting

    Are any of us men, at middle age, 45 plus, anything like as capable as we were when we were 17 wrt sexual capabilities?
