I don't think escorts are loaded, but most escorts that I have discussed cars with, lack basic mechanical skils. And for that reason, they cannot afford to drive around in bangers and are better off driving cars that are still under warranty.

Hey Jessy, pm me and I will help you out with the insurance (maybe with getting your car back). I know for a non irish citizen the insurance is sky high, but I never paid that much. I got 1300 euro 6 years ago... now its a bit more as I had a claim. But its still twice less than urs.

Something odd about this, I think 5 years is the maximum no claims any insurance company allows.
Also its not so much based on the value of your own car, but the the values of the cars, people and property you might hit on the road.

Whether u have a full or a provisional licence makes a difference too.

I don't think so.with provisional they charge you alot when you get your full they charge you more as the insurance increased. ..

I think thats only if you move up from third party,fire and theft insurance - to fully comprehensive insurance
otherwise getting a full licence should bring your insurance down in price

It would be worth getting someone to help you with this. You can carry entitlements from one company to the other and even carry entitlement from named driver if there are no claims on that policy. You might lose entitlement if there is a 2 year gap.

Just fixed mine on sunday. Had to find out why my battery was drained over night so dealt with it my self as no garage would seem to fin a problem with it lol.... cause lazy feckers done have the patience to check it fuse by fuse .... blah i done it and now problem solved fuck waranty lol
