Don't worry FetishCherry, eating in the evening won't make you put on any extra weight. It's a myth, as the nutritional value of food doesn't change from morning to night. In fact, I usually keep the majority of my complex carbs for before bed. It helps release serotonin and you'll sleep like a baby

eating at night does as you're going to bed on a full belly and not burning it off unless youre tossing and turning all night, then in the morning when you eat breakfast its just sitting on top of the meal you had the night before, those who indulge, bulge

That is pure bullshit and has been scientifically proven false. You clearly enjoy reading women's magazines.

Coffee in the morning, breakfast after midday, heavy meal before sleeping.

You're right, the heavy meal makes me sleep like a baby.
No weight issues either. I've been 11 stone +/- a few pounds since my teens.

    Breakfast like a king.
    Lunch like a prince.
    Supper like a pauper.

    That is the adage.
Of course the reality is as likely to be a couch potato pigging out in front of the TV late at night, after doing the sedentary job,the two hour commute and bussing kids around earlier in the day.
