Try the no pun intended small claims court , on a more serious note your best bet is a second booking at discount and maybe not even that will happen. You booked time and companionship you got it, so. If I go see a girl and cant get it on I will not be getting a refund , not that that has ever happened .

Not really about being happy its about what is achievable/appropriate. I was with a girl on long booking who became genuinely unwell , we could not complete it properly . I left it with her what she wanted to do . To an extent your out of luck anyway you have left the place now so getting refund v slim chance. My suggestion is to contact her ask if she is ok and give her chance to make amends , take the advice or not I am not to bothered .
