Have I missed something re 089 numbers here? I think I saw something posted recently...are they not valid or whats story ? I've tried a few and never an answer...any advise appreciated

I recently met a lady with an 089 number and got through no problem. The only problem was she text me her address twice and I never got either text although she got mine ok so I don't know if that had anything to do with 089 number .

I meant ringing 089 numbers listed...rarely answered I find, or numbers fairly similar..
