Shocking and yet quite sad to hear.
In my opinion, cannabis should be legalised, this way they can gain tax on it and also crime rates would drop.

As seen in the US, drink driving levels have dropped and crimes rates have also dropped.
Not only that, they are making millions on tax itself.
