German Supreme Court to Decide on Constitutionality of The Recent Prostitution Law

From July of last all commercial penetrative sex acts in Germany required mandatory condom use or the punter could face a fine of up to €50K and the club could get into serious trouble! Also mandatory registration for sex workers has been brought in AFAIK from January this year. There are also apparently restrictions on GBs and Buffet Sex, though both appear to be continuing!
I would support the efforts to ban BB but the restriction applies to OWO also, which is just pulling the piss!
This has had implications for the availability of OWO (very often it has just increased the price in the room) and a number of foreign ladies (it seems in particular ebony beauties) anecdotally is declining due to the registration requirement!
This year the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany, which is equivalent to the Supreme Court of the USA in the US or Ireland., wants to decide on the Prostitute Protection Act. This means that some provisions of the law could be ruled unconstitutional (meaning illegal) by the Court this year.

I find the idea that the sate can tell consenting adults acting in private how they can have sex to be absolutely repulsive, save for the BB element in commercial encounters for obvious reasons!
The word on the ground is that certain of the provisions will be thrown out - a lovely one up the hole for Mutti Merkel, but more especially, for the pretend Socialist Scum whom she is now realigning herself with again to rule Europe with The French!
BTW some deranged Radickal Feminists wanted the law challenged because it didn't go far enough, but as we all know they detest men and want all the lovely oussy for themselves!
