Unfortunately its illegal to use paypal for sexual services. The client can request his money back and will actually get it! But the main issue is you will be blocked from using Paypal again.
There are other ways to do this - Why not open a separate bank account just to receive transfers? You don't have to provide your name in the details (at least not until the end of the year in the UK) Other possibilities are gift cards. (This has probably already been mentioned but I havent read the whole thread)

That'd work if you'd met before, can't see myself paying a deposit to someone I'd never met then turn up and they don't take the meeting, or are not as advertised.
