There is a wealth of good advice on these boards if you do a search for "newbie advice" or similar. An hour spent reading that will give you a much better chance of a good experience.
A few tips that are always included:
- Choose ladies with a decent number of good reviews.
- Read the profile carefully and respect their preferences.
- Scrub yourself really well, and then shower at her place.
- Make sure oral hygiene is as good as possible.
- Be respectful - anything she does is her choice, even when you have paid.

Don't take it literally when they say that they don't reply to clients with no reviews. The booking with my first escort was mainly done through PM, when I didn't have a review and had barely any posts. The same with my second one.
I did follow up after the PM with a call of course, but that's normal procedure.
