A considerable, if not catastrophic loss. He is the most successful race car designer of all time and an aerodynamic genius. He has worked in both Formula One and IndyCar and has designed racing boats and fast road cars. He has won twelve Constructors' Championships with three different Formula One teams, and thirteen Drivers' Championships with seven different drivers. A true legend.

Not only will Red Bull lose him, but with him leaving, it could start a domino effect with others leaving.

What a result for Leclerc after missing most of free practice. Also Stroll outqualifying Alonso,,,, it's been a while.
Mercedes had a poor result, at times it looked as if the steering wheel was controlling the back wheels of the car not the front, a squirmy car like that doesn't inspire the drivers to push harder.
Good work by yourself Steve. Thanks

A massive loss indeed and with new regulations coming in 2026 Adrian will be very hot property but you would expect his legacy in this current Red Bull to remain dominant to the end of 2025.
I didn't know Adrian's manager is our own Eddie Jordan!!

Pit lane open and almost immediately Esteban Ocon clips Charles Leclerc.
    Certain penalty.

Valtteri Bottas has a three-place grid penalty following an incident with Oscar Piastri during Friday’s Sprint Qualifying session. Was eighteenth, will now start in last place.

Yep. Ten-second penalty for Esteban Ocon. Esteban Ocon needed new nose cone, Charles Leclerc's car seems undamaged but the mechanics are are having a good look at it.

Lights out, nineteen lap sprint race underway.

Max Verstappen holds the lead from Charles Leclerc.

Daniel Ricciardo up one to third. Has he got some of his form back?

Lewis Hamilton attempts to overtake Fernando Alonso and collides with Lando Norris. Fernando Alonso has a puncture, but Lando Norris is out on lap one. Safety Car.

    Safety Car in.
Looking at the replay, it looked quite reckless from Lewis Hamilton and he is lucky to avoid a penalty. Lewis bit prone to mistakes lately.
