Did I hear correctly that Tipp haven't won a Munster title since something like 1935 ? If so you couldn't begrudge them winning and seeing as they won the Under 21 title just a few years ago beating Tyrone in the final then there's every chance that they can win !

There might not be a crowd there but Slievenamon is belting out there anyway !

    Well done Tipp !

Great win for Tipp, on the 100 year anniversary of bloody Sunday the 4 province winners were dublin, mayo, Tipp and cavan.... Its written in the stars for the Breffni today...

I'd be surprised if Cavan beat Donegal but if someone had said to me 3 weeks ago that Tipp would win Munster I would have thought they were mental ...

Cavan doing ok , trailing by 9 -7 with 27 minutes gone, looks like a bad enough injury to Galligan
Congratulations to Tipp , not often that the footballers are involved later than the hurlers

Only 2 points in it at half time Ryan and in recent games Cavan have come back the stronger team in the second half so anything is possible. You must be happy enough at half time ?

Strange that just before half time that the referee didn’t award the Cavan player a mark , straight in front of goals, would have been a definite point
Cavan are in a better position than most games at half time , need a big second half

Great goal chance for Smith, but he scores a great point 10-9

Point for Madden 11-10 at water break, another big last quarter, and you would never know
I’m very happy with Cavans effort

Another black card for Cavan, that could be decisive
