Ok this is my particular case and we are all different ok

If i don't pick up at the second phone call is really because i can't take the call so don't need to bother calling more and more times. And for your privacy no way in hell i will ring you back after a few hours of seeing your call only if i have a text from you saying that is ok.
So the best way, and have to be honest, Nothing lets a girl more excited when looks at her phone and has a text with some good manners saying "Hi Sophya this is bla bla bla i tried to call but i couldnt get trought, just to let you know that i am available to take a call from you until this xxx hour or whatever, take care xx", i will reply to this text of course even that in my profile i state that i don't reply to texts (exception to the rule, these are the exceptions)

PM's are always a good way to get trought, but again really depends of the way you approach.

Lots of calls and texts they kinda are a red flag for me, so probably she though that was a red flag to, next time you know try this way one or two calls 30 minutes apart, leave a text message and wait for her reply, but if you don't hear from her, thats probably because she is off even if she is advertising, she is super busy or she just doesnt wants to see you...
