Hello everyone.
I continue with my insistence that good forms on the phone are very important.
My English is very basic and on rare occasions I do not understand the accents of some areas, but I understand perfectly the lack of education, as it pretends that a woman opens the door of her house to someone who has no respect for her even in a simple phone call.
Gentlemen have forgotten how to make an appointment?

Ah don’t worry, some have forgotten manners a long time ago. Happened to me just now, a guy tried to abuse me...he began bargaining my rate and then when he didn’t get his way he tried assaulting me.(he was very polite over the phone) Cleearly manners have gone out the window.
