My calf muscle had started to pull. It was fucking painful.

It has been over 5 hours now and still hurts a lot now.

This has happened to me a few time in the past, it is not very pleasant at all.
Had anybody else endure this soothing sensation while sleeping? I know that my hamstring went a few times too, even once during sex, not very nice at all, I was unable to walk for a few hours.

After quickly reading this link, it seems that I may not have been drinking enough water.

Stretch the calves and hamstrings, strengthen your lower back and massage and rub a heat ointment on the calf at night.

    Westside.

Bananas, eat 1 banana a day, they are full of potassium which stops cramps.

I know I haven't drank as much water in the pass couple of days, so maybe that is the main cause of it.

In the past, I have pulled the same muscle a few times, so maybe it's due to an old injury and not enough water.
It's been 6 hours, the muscle isn't pulling, but still painful, but I will get over it

Try voltorol it is very good for muscle pain. I’m after using it for a lot of muscle and joint injuries and it helped me get through the pain

Medical professionals recommend that Tiger Balm should be taken anally for maximum efficacy.

Take more magnesium, drink more water and move your body.
    Don't worry from the magnesium.
The magnesium what the Dr give for pregnant women when a baby wants to born before the plan.
