    Does it show up on their profile what site users have them on favourite??

    Other thing.

    Embedding youtube vids - there is a function that should allow the video to be started at a designated time.
    EX - 26 seconds into the a 90 second video.

    That doesn't work on this site.

    Perhaps run by your iT crew?
