Thanks for that Jessie. Our needs are very complex so we need a professional custom built system, but I'm sure Ringcentral.co would be great for the needs of many working ladies. Pat x

How complicated can a phone system be Get a Panasonic phone exchange with voip capabilities, most have all the features you require as standard or as an option, contact a voip provider (I.E Blueface) take out a couple of contracts depending how many lines you need (2 / business contract) ask them for geographical numbers for whereever the bulk of your business comes from so that when they call you they are calling a local number but ringing you in the UK, after that it's just configuring them to your needs which any good engineer can do in his sleep.. But you knew all this already xx

Actually I found it very hard to get a phone system that did everything we wanted it to. It seemed like there was loads of choice if you requirements were quite basic, but far less choice after that. The one we got doesn't even do all I wanted it to, just most of it. Picture SMS integration was one thing that was impossible to get at reasonable money. Plus, just the sheer installing of lines and equipment and wiring up of all the different handsets throughout our offices etc makes it a job I would do internally!

BTW: When are you coming for work for me Anon?

Ringcentral is great and very professional and have all the features u need for running your calls. It´s a VOIP provider and one of the best. I use it for my other business (NOT ESCORT) and it works wonderfull like a callcenter. You can even answer your calls from your computer and every telefonist has their own password and phone feature where they can log in from their computer or transfering calls to their normal phone wherever they are. I have people working for me answering calls in Spain while the customers in USA are just dialing a USA number or Tollfree number.

Why not get Nicole to do the voice overs?…

My sources tell me she has a great mixture of accents…

Or if it has to be Irish. I'm about as Irish as it gets but will have to insist on overall artistic control to fully express myself...

Would I get royalties for everytime the message is played?

    Nothing as grand as those…

    It’s more Abracadabra’s fast food.

Which regional Irish accent would you prefer though as I think a really strong Cork accent would be perfect.

Maybe Corks premier radio presenter Roy might do the voice over

A Gerry Ryan inpersonator would be perfect!
