Where to buy a pay as you go phone

Hello there!

My friend and I are arriving tomorrow and staying in the Grand Canal Dock area and we need pay as you go phone.
Where is the best place to buy walking distance from that location? Its not possible to buy some at the airport, and Im specifically looking for a cheap as you go, not a sim card

Any Tesco store will have them from £10

Hi you can buy a pay as you go sim card in every shop but if you want a phone as well and prefer to be low profile I recommend the second hand phone shops . They won't want a name etc just walk in pay and walk out
