You're talking about buyers remorse where a client sees immediately that the lady and her profile don't match, but is too weak to say so and leave. So instead he stays, gets laid and then takes out his disappointment with her and with himself, for not having had the stones to have walked away in the form of a review. It's completely different to his point, virtue signalling or not, whatever that is.
