If you need help getting it up it could be a symptom of a health problem, don't self medicate, see a doc.
If everything is working normally but you just want it working more often, look at your diet, reduce the alcohol and fat and increase your veg and fruit (blueberries work wonders for me). Give it a few days, effects aren't instant but last longer.

If by "spice things up" you mean "keep things up" then viagra or kamagra or whatever sinfandel derivative you take may not provide the answer. If the problem is in your big head then the drugs won't work.

Plenty of helpful tips above and what's worked wonders for me is cutting out porn and self love. It's almost being like a teen again when you got a stiffy during the slow set.
