I actually spoke to one PSNI Officer about this and thats hows its going to be. They give a long period of time for guys to familiarise themselves to the new law and now action will be taken as afterall its a crime and you will be named first then prosecuted.
The sad thing about this is the majority general public are for this too as if you do the crime and all that so be careful as one mistake here could ruin your life

The general public do not want clients named.

They were ok with us escorts being named and run out of town even when it was clear Mothers paying for their children's education and welfare were being run out of town and their money taken off them.

i'm not sure as in many areas i've been now that once its a crime and you're caught then its no ones fault but your own, you knew the risks.
