Interesting that they say "attempting to obtain the services ..". This makes it sounds like it could have been a sting, with police posing as a sex worker.

It might be that there's no evidence of money changing hands, or of sexual contact, so all they have is the fact the client was on the premises and/or phone evidence.


Case dismissed - lack of evidence. Hopefully.
