This alleged offence took place on 28 August 2016 so the girl has been around since then at least.

If she makes a statement she could implicate herself and others. Not obliged to say anything, best for everyone no-one says anything. Then nothing can be proven.

I still think it is likely a bluff.

but she is not calling the shots here, These girls couldn't even speak english and they had a receptionist taking the calls for them, it will be interesting to see how it pans out and hope the young guy gets off but most the harm is done now anyway

Of course all this is speculation and hypothetical because we do not know the entire facts of the case. Most of what has been speculated here is of course general and assumptive and may not apply to this specific case.

We will only get to know some of the situation of the actual case if the case is run in court. Date is due to be set for this this Wednesday.
