In the past the term 'common prostitute' was used in The Republic (still is AFAIK in The UK) and it was found to be unconstitutional.
However, it seems legally that a prostitute/escort/sex worker is a case of you know one, when you see one.

However, if you are caught, it will show up on garda vetting forms and it could also interfere with your abilty to get into The USA, Canada and Australia!

and if there is a serious sex related crime committed in your area where there is an unknown culprit, the pigz may very well pop around for some fingerprints or DNA off you and
maybe even turn up at your place of work for it!

When the pigz did that infamous sting operation on street prostitution in Limerick, where 2 female piggies were posing as hookers to entrap clients, the 20 or so ladz were named by the rag that is The Clare Champion and it has been said, 2 of them took their own lives subsequently and there were other reports of children being viciously bullied at school because their aul lads were named in that case.
Surely, the rag should be closed down if that is the case and those responsible for the operation - the brains behind it, should be sacked and have their pensions fully revoked.
Especially, if you contextualise it, surely the ladies posing as hookers weren't and did not come across as trafficked, drug/alcohol addicted women, unless of course (and it is a possibility, these days) that standards have fallen in Templemoron!

If you did take your life in such a situation, well firstly, you would be a prize eejit and secondly what a victory that would be for TORLER Scum of the Fucking Earth!
