Leaving a review is feckin hard work now
Spent over half hour writing a review and when I went to submit the review there was no submit button, just a previous and next buttons which do nothing. Previously I have had too start again but feck it why is it so difficult. Really wanted to leave this lady a special review but I know that if I have to rewrite it I won't put the same effort. Feckin frustrating

dont think thats it as the review was listed as to be viewed by the moderation team then disappeared
she did opt out that evening but that dosent explain the token message

At least that way if fit hits the shan you have a back up.

When we request information from the review writer we give 7 days to reply.
If in that period of time we do not get an answer, the review is deleted.

you don't seem to seek much more information if its a positive review though Martha, they go up quicker than a lightning strikeHello Forceuser,
