Actually its not his willy she's sucking, its a standard stripper trick. Look closer. I guarantee no laws broken regarding the performance but maybe the location will be troublesome if not in a private room

Legally a hotel room you have booked is a private room. You are probably in breach of contract (small print somewhere) but it is still a private room until they ask you to leave.
Technically, the entire environs of a hotel are not a public place.
No matter where this took place I cannot see how it is likely to be a public place.
