When they decide to enforce this insane law, you could end up in prison for the non payment of a fine!
I was 'reminded' as I was heading into an event recently by a pig who was in his 50s and obviously pissed off at being out in the open air, that I could be subjected to a fine for not having a light on my bike and there was I fully reflectorized! A total gobshite!
If he had fined me, I would insist on going to court and I would be fairly sure he wouldn't even turn up, so I wouldn't get any fine at all!
