I was self motivated but what most people may want in a personal trainer is the motivation and stimulus to train and if they have a trainer booked for a certain time they may actually turn up and exercise.
And most women are unlikely to be seeking the muscle definition of the photos above. Most women just want to be trim and toned.
Agreed. I motivate myself but i like some support sometimes...and good fun also. Get fit
