it didnt seem to bother him much up until that

Then I have to disagree there.
There's a lot of subject matter in this show that is contemporary.
The greater good and the sacrifices of the few to defend it for the many is a key part of it.

It would have been too easy to feed the righteous retribution vein if it had been one of his team mates.
There's really no questioning motives when the scenario is that black and white.
Good guy who's never did bad gets done wrong by, suffers, but finally prevails.
    That's not Frank Castle.

    C'mon.
Hang up the preconceptions and open your mind.
You'll love it more if you do.

But isnt that supposed to be the core of the character?
    and never harming the innocent?
kinda like the batman no guns,no killing rule
and the loss of his family alone was enough for me to believe his turn to dark side

but to be fair, ive never really read the punisher as you seem to have
so i cant really say for certain
i will finish the series tho and let you know if it sways me

    You're right.
I'll roll back my 'good guy doing bad things' dismissal.
He is a good guy who's been forced to do bad things as a result of his trust and obeyance in the system he felt compelled to protect.
How far are you willing to go and how do you know you've gone to far?

    I wouldn't be pushing it if I didn't think you'd like it.
Let me know when you've finished it.

What good shows y'all watching this Fall of 2017 ? Drop a trailer if you please

    Just finished Legion this evening.
I think I've found my new favourite.

I like the fact that the main female protagonist was named Syd Barrett.
And then they played a Floyd song in episode 7.
    Funny
