The review system, vile as it is, does serve to warn discerning clients away from nasty situations. Unfortunately it may also help nasty clients.
A friend of mine is just back from South Korea, he's not very informed on the situation over there, but sexworkers business cards litter the footpath near where they work, one just has to figure out how to pick them up without looking like a real twat.
Arranging to meet one of these ladies, without any sort of review system, a client has no way of filtering out who is controlled and who is independent.

Or can they just stop internet service providers here showing it?

The answer to all this lies in a post of mine a few weeks back when I suggested most of those that accessed this site through iphones were reporters and Ruhama types and that true punters used crap phones. Simply make this site more difficult to access through non shite phones, they will think the site closed and move on to their next cause. Banning sex completely.

They can probably have it blocked through high court injunctions like MMRA did with thepiratebay.

VPN and TOR should be fine, ISPs can't see what you're visiting if done right.
