Why would anyone risk visiting escorts in Ireland. One thousand euro fine or 5 years in jail is just not worth it. Your name in the paper could ruin the rest of your life. There are other options out there do you think the escorts care what happens you.

OK. I'll play along... I go to a Ruhama meeting and say/do what? The best I could do would be to point out that it isn't Ruhama's business (or the government's business for that matter) to regulate what consenting adults do with their private parts. Then I could put up some escort-ireland.com statistics showing the vast majority of escorts are in fact EU citizens. That still doesn't prove they aren't victims of trafficking. Assuming there would even be a debate, Ruhama would come up with statistics they compiled from (allegedly) real cases they dealt with, I would come up with... "made up" stuff I took from an escort advertising website. Guess who wins?!
But if escorts were to speak for themselves, the so-called Ruhama "experts" wouldn't have a leg to stand on.

A naive view.
Some escorts have spoken up like this on radio and elsewhere. The Ruhama response always is yes maybe 10% of escorts do it by choice and imply 90% are coerced. In reality they just pluck figures from the air and probably have no more idea of anything than you or I. When they quote numbers they usually quote the total on this website(in depth research obviously) and in response to the being told that non female escorts are a possibility, always now include the phrase - and the small number of male sex workers.

I would be hoping the escort would pay it if I was unlucky enough to be caught on her premises, how much money do I have to give the government anyway
