I can't be completely sure who the winner will be. But I am completely sure of the loser.

Boxing.

It has been a long time since it was considered the noble art. I think this is rather a new low. Moneymaking spectacle, not a true sporting match.
Sanctioned by no boxing organisation nor the UFC, although they have done nothing (and possibly couldn’t do anything) to stop it.

Dont think it will affect either sport tbh in fact if anything with all the hype and media coverage its getting it might get more involved in watch Boxing & Mma. Its a complete one off event, probably never see the likes of it again as it needs two High Profile Stars to pull it off and get this many people interested in it.
