Sexless marriages can be a problem if one partner still wants sex.

There are 3 options:

Suffer on and die a martyr.

Leave or cheat ( heart breaking) sooo wasteful for something frivolous.

Visit an escort.... problem solved

It's a different life style before marriage and after. Before, the chase of a/within the relationship, after, no need for it, therefore things change. I imagine having kids is a huge change and responsibility, which also could be an influence.

It is very known women lose interest in sex earlier than men.
