I asked a lovely girl here to show me a position I hadn't tried. She did, and then she suggested that - next time I visited - we would try and get through as many as we could.
The next appointment was a wonderful eye-opener. I survived, and haven't laughed as much in a long time. Of course, it wouldn't have worked if I was not such a natural athlete.
