    Hi All
One of the lads threw me a few Cialis when I was in the pub saturday night, I would like to try one but I am on blood pressure tablets and was wondering could I mix them ? Dont want to ask my doctor as I am embarrassed and I dont have a prescription for them.
    Any advice ?
Is Dr Alan still around ?

Are the blood pressure tabs for high blood pressure? If so you should steer clear of any of those types of tablets - Viagra/Cialis and the like.

Sometimes blood pressure can affect your little-pants-partner, having recently shyed away from visiting the doctor over a separate penis problem, I can't recommend enough going to a GP (maybe not someone local if you're really worried about it) and having a chat with someone about it.

Effects of Cialis can last ages too, over a day - which is no joke and if you have hypertension to boot who knows what may happen in 24 - 36 hours.

Viagra/Cialis were developed for those who cannot get an erection, they open up all the blood vessels so that the penis can get an erection. My advice would be take nothing that isn't prescribed by your doctor, your doctor knows your medical history & the side effects of the medication that you are already taken. No GP, who doesn't know your medical history will tell you that it's ok to mix medication. Discuss this with your own GP, it's not something that some other bloke hasn't discussed with them.

I get all my medical advice from an escorting forum so I'm sure you'll be fine.

Point of clarification, not this escorting forum, the crowd here are hopeless!

I know what you mean about being embarrassed, imagine explaining to the doctors in the emergency room?

Depends how high the blood pressure was, how long your on the meds and the dose your on. I wouldn't say anymore because its irresponsible of someone to give advise and not know enough about it

Cialis and viagra act by lowering peripheral blood pressure by dilating blood vessels allowing more blood to flow to the extremeties, probably why, as well as encouraging erections, occasional mild side effects such as flushed face, headache etc can occur-more blood flows into peripheral vessels in these areas as well. Most blood pressure tablets used are to lower blood pressure, so using cialis or viagra will increase this effect, probably won't kill you but might increase the possibility of getting dizzy or fainting. Probably contra-indicated to mix them especially if you haven't discussed dosages with a competant doctor. For those who indulge in poppers it is inadvisable to combine these with viagra as well.
All of the above things depend on the individual of course and there will be significant differences in how people react. Do you need the stuff and if so, talk to a doctor.
