    Default Quick question on massages...

If you go to a girl just to get a massage here, is that breaking the new law?
    Just curious.

A grey area which is likely to be tested in the courts sometime. It would appear that intentional stimulation leading to orgasm
would constitute the provision of a service of a sexual nature. A massage which falls short of this is most likely legal. It would
be difficult in most cases to gain a conviction unless the service is provided on a premises which can be easily described as a brothel
or a massage parlour which provides services of a sexual nature. In conclusion, my advice would be that yes you may well be breaking this so called "New Law"!!

its not a genuine licenced message parlour though so not really a grey area.Every guy will say they didnt have sex only massage so amounts to the same when visiting an escort in a secretive apartment.
Brothel is where the lady would be affected by the law as well as the client, in this case only the client if she working alone, its only 500 euro so no big deal anyway

I think paragraph 2, subsection b states that as long as ye both keep your hands to yourselves and there is at least one piece of furniture between your crotches when the SWAT team smashes through the window then you'll be hot to trot.

In all seriousness though, this new law stuff is a bother... I'm sure you'd get on fine if the whole thing went to court, but it's the going-to-court thing which as-bad-as if not worse-than the sentence/conviction/fine/public flogging/whatever the punishment may be.

I was in for a regular full body massage a few days ago (legit place. no extras but great back and foot massage) I've been to the same place a few times and usually the massage is performed with just a heavy towel covering my naughty bits. However on this visit I was asked to keep my underwear on. I complied, unquestioned. But it felt weird wearing boxers, though she rolled down the waistband and tucked up the legs as best she could and she still used heavy towel as well. I could understand maybe if I were a first time client and she was nervous, but I have been there a few times and never any trouble or innuendo, same lady and always other staff there.
Anybody else have similar experience in legit massage?
My wife caught me wearing ladies underwear and threatened to leave me.
So I packed up all her clothes
    And left.

Is there a subsection in there which relates to dry riding?
