The latest news in the will he stay or will he go saga is that O Neill has turned down the chance to take over at Stoke and that he will finally sign the new contract to stay as Irish manager through to the end of the next Euros campaign. Whatever happens this has been a PR disaster for the FAI and Irish soccer.

So City`s unbeaten domestic run finally comes to an end. They should still comfortably win the PL though. This result is certainly a huge boost for Liverpool and they are now in third place on goal difference above Chelsea and on the same points total as Man Utd. After Arsenal`s loss today it looks like the Gunners are losing touch to finish in the top four and they may have to win the Europa League to get into the CL next season.

Not one of your best weekends for predictions. Only the Spurs-Everton result went your way.

Let's say it's one game per week. So that's like €400,000 per game. There's something bananas about that.
So what he will earn in a single week is more than 25 times that I get in a single year.
After tax, then close to 30 times more.

The howler from Cech didn't help the Gunners. They had better win a trophy this season or it wont be long before the "Wenger out" banners appear again
