    Charlie Flanagan is the new minister for justice,
    I wonder will he enforce the new law ??!
    I doubt it very much
    Any though on weather he will or not?

    It's not up to him to enforce any law. That is the Gardai's job.

    Not sure it matters at this stage as basically the cops are the ones who enforce laws. It may be less of a priority to him
    which means there may not be as much enthusiasm as was the case with Franny and consequently less pressure put on to implement it.
    However, raids on premises are an on-going part of what the cops do so guys found on the premises will be booked most likely.
