    carrots & turnips
    gravy

    Talking Sour Candy!!!

    Actually I love sweets in the morning especialy the sour candy. It works for dinner too.

    My wife is away for the week, So for breakfast I had choccy biscuits, for lunch, tin of Ambrosia creamed rice cold and for tea I had a chineese.

    But what Rics showing there looks very tasty, it would be a hole lot better for you.

    Default Dolly, The Good Witch Diet

    Morning: 1 Tablespoon Deer Antler Powder mixed with Wild American Ginseng powder mixed in a Green Tea, Rooibos, & Loose Calendula Flowers hot Dolly Blessed tea.

    Lunch: Pearl Powder, MSM, Omega Oil, 4 Green Powders, 2 Red powders, Acidophilus, Green Algae, Red Algae, Sea Vegetable Powder, Goji Berry Powder, Mixed in a Green Tea, Rooibos, Calendula Flower, Mint hot Dolly Bewitched Tea.

    Mid Day: Avacado with sliced Garlic or a glass of Goat Milk with Whey Protein Powder. Depends on my mood. Handfull of Goji Berries. Deer Antler Powder mixed in a Green Tea, Rooibos, Calendula Flower, Mint hot Dolly Energizing Tea.

    Dinner: Black or Great Northern Beans with 1 Teaspoon of Saffron and Rose Pepper. Glass of Goat Milk with Goat Milk Protein Powder. Pearl Powder mixed in Green Tea, Rooibos, Calendula Flower hot Dolly beautifying Tea.

    heres is what i had today so far,

    Breakie;-tablespoon of raw fish oils,2 raw eggs,half pint milk,an orange,oatmeal and honey

    mid morning ;- a banana

    dinner 1 ;- green beans,rice,pork chop,

    dinner 2 ;- cauliflower,rice,pork chop,

    soon ;- baked potatoes ,2 raw eggs,

    (i drank about eight pints of water throughout the day)

    all healthy these days,
    Westside.
