Answer to question 1 as Yes as if you fall in love with someone....
It doesn't matter what her line of business or work was before that as she has the right to love like anyone else like or other so yes I would....

But your 2nd question is No as my personal choice I wouldn't as I did indeed date a Escort for 9 month in London and it did end in heart break as we hardly seen one another and work drift us both apart but not jealously as she did indeed earn good money...
But her work came first and the money and life style she lived was something she enjoy but not the business as let just say it wasn't all good time and had plenty bad experience with clients....
