I used to visit here quite a few years back, at a different time (and place) in my life. After a while spent humming and hawing I finally got the guts up to go and actually meet one of the girls. Having never even seen her profile before that exact moment, Irish Lyndsey appeared in a search of girls who were near to where I was living. At very short notice, we arranged to meet.
I wrote the first review on her profile (which tells me the time I'm talking about is 2016, so quite a while ago).
Anyway, a few days ago people were promoting mental health week, as many will have seen on the various different social media platforms. Reading some of the things people were sharing immediately reminded me of 2016. I was at a very low point in life. I was at a stage where I could no longer see anything positive in the world, or in people.
I fully believe that meeting with Irish Lyndsay saved my life. It was the first time in a long time I had met someone who was so naturally warm and compassionate. I think she could see when I arrived that I wasn't in the best state. But when I left that day, something had changed.
Unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on your perspective), I am not in a position to go and see her again. I am happily non-single, and won't punt while so. I have often wanted to just say thanks to her. I know she was just doing her job, but to me it was something more.
On the off-chance you stop by the forum, Lyndsay, from the bottom of my (still beating) heart - THANK YOU
And to everyone else, there's an absolute gem in our midst. Go and see her, and when you do, treat her like the princess she is.
