I'm a smoker but 20 cigs would last a least 3 days for me. I'm not a big smoker tbh I even feel sick to my stomach from the smell but I just can't give them up because I'll gain weight

You will usually gain weight after you quit smoking, but after around a year, you will start to lose it all.
It was the same for both of my parents and for a few friends of mine in the UK.

I have to disappoint you girl, you're gaining weight not because you give up fags, it's what you eat, it's all in diet. Believe me, I was more time on the fags when you're alive , kick them out and march to your future with a smile on face Actually I did it 10 yrs ago and don't look back.

nicotine does suppress the appetite so you don't eat as much usually.

I actually don't mind people smoking near me after giving them up but I can't stand people smoking e cigarettes in bars. Smoking is smoking no matter what it is your smoking.

I hate the smell of tobacco smoke, especially the ready made ones, but kinda like the taste of it on girls I'm kissin. The only off putting thing for me is the tendency for chikitas who smoke to not realise how over powering their perfume can be, they often don't have a finely tuned olfactory sense and tend to overcompensate.
